CJ and Puppies week 4 to 5
,
4 weeks and been to the great outdoors
|
CJ and puppies are doing great, and the puppies are expanding their world. They work hard at getting out of their box, and they play, when they don't sleep. Even at 4 AM we've heard!
Daisy has developed a fancy for Mom's bed.
During this week they have also been allowed to start getting visitors. CJ is ok with that, but likes best when people sit on the floor, when they visit with the puppies.
When the weather dished out severe heat, 90 degrees F (around 32C), the puppies tried a trip outside to the grass. At first they weren't too happy with the move, but pretty soon they decided that it was ok.
Please do not inquire about this litter, they already have homes waiting for them.
We thank you for your understanding.

5 weeks and life is at "fast forward"
|
So much is going on at this age. The puppies' teeth are coming in, and they test them on everything. They also stay awake to play for longer and longer periods of time, and what's even worse, they think they need to get the entire household up at 4 AM to play!!!
The puppies are now recognizing people, and enjoying having visitors come and see them during the day. At night, CJ leaves them, but they can still talk her into serving breakfast.
Besides those few, but important "milk snacks", they are eating puppy food 4 times a day.
Little big personalities are starting to shape. Ali and Daisy are going toe to toe about who will be the boss, Nell sits back and lets them duke it out. But she is no push-over, she'll let the other 2 get their digs in only for so long, then she'll tell them to knock it off.
